Students will be assigned A, B, or C Lunch based on their class schedules:
*A Lunch: 11:25–11:55
*B Lunch: 12:10–12:40
*C Lunch: 12:58–1:28
Richardson ISD utilizes SchoolCafe payment system for its cafeteria meals and, as of 2024, no longer uses the PayPams service.
All RISD families who plan to use school cafeterias for student meals in the coming school year should create a SchoolCafe account. **Any existing balances in PayPams transferred to SchoolCafe when a returning family created a SchoolCafe account.
Through the SchoolCafe App, a parent can:
- -Deposit funds to pay for cafeteria meals for enrolled students
- -Check balances or move funds among enrolled students
- -Apply for free or reduced cost meal benefits
- -Monitor student meal or cafeteria item purchases
