Market in the Meadow Vendor Registration 2026

 

Forest Meadow Middle School PTA will host the 38th annual Market in the Meadow on November 7th & 8th, 2026 at 9373 Whitehurst, Dallas, TX 75243. We invite you to sign up for a booth to become one of the unique, quality vendors that make Market in the Meadow a huge success!

 

Market Information
The market will be open Saturday, 9am - 5pm and Sunday, 11am - 4pm. Setup on Friday, November 6th from 4:30 pm-8:30 pm and clean up from 4pm-7pm on Sunday, November 8th. Please do not start breaking down your booth before 4pm when the market closes. Upon departure, please make sure your booth area is in the same condition as when you arrived. 

 

Booth Information
Booth sizes and prices vary. Please click HERE or on the map below to zoom in and see the booth layout. Larger booths and booths located near the main entrance or in high traffic areas will be more expensive than others.

If you are purchasing 2 booths, you will need to do 2 separate transactions to reserve both booths.

Once you have purchased your booth you may not transfer it or receive a refund without approval from the market chairpersons.

Display Info
Vendors are required to furnish their own display equipment, tables, chairs, extension cords etc. 


Raffle
All vendors are asked to provide a little something from your booth for the Market in the Meadow raffle. We will collect raffle items on Friday, November 6th during set up.

Internet
Guest internet connection will be provided


Electricity
The cost is $50 per booth and it is listed as the first option below before you get to the booth drop downs. 

 

Food Vendors
Permits - If you are selling or giving out samples of a food product, you will be responsible for obtaining your own food permit. 

Trash Cans - Large Trash cans will be available throughout the market, but if you are handing out samples please provide a small trash can at your booth for napkins, toothpicks etc.
